Al Pacino's custody agreement details have been revealed after splitting from his girlfriend Noor Alfallah shortly after welcoming his son, Roman.
The 83-year-old has been ordered to pay $30,000 (£25,000) monthly in child support as well as a $110,000 (£90,000) upfront fee. The documents, obtained by TMZ, also reveal that he will have to put $15,000 (£12,000) per year in an education fund and could pay up to an extra $90,000 at the end of the year depending on his earnings.
It's reported that he was previously paying $13,000 (£10,000) a month for a night nurse, and any medical expenses outside insurance will come from his pocket. Al and Noor, 29, will work together when it comes to determining holidays and both have an equal say in schooling decisions and in attending extracurricular activities.

The pair met during the pandemic, Page Six reported, but their relationship only became public last April after they went viral for photos taken of them eating at the same high-end Italian restaurant in Los Angeles. On June 6, the couple welcomed their first child, Roman Alfallah Pacino, who was born at Cedar's Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles in the early morning hours that day at 1:41am.

It remains unclear what the cause of the split was. The couple was just seen out on the set of Bad Bunny's new music video for "Where She Goes" about a week ago, and before that, had been seen on multiple dates together, going out for food.
Roman is Pacino's fourth child, having had Julie Pacino, 33, with ex Jan Tarrant and twins Olivia and Anton, 22, with ex Beverly D'Angelo.
