Brooke Shields looked pensive as she was seen for the first time after revealing that she was rushed to hospital and taken to Intensive Care a few weeks ago.
Earlier today, we reported that the 58-year-old actress was taken to an Intensive Care Unit after she endured a seizure that left her "frothing at the mouth". The iconic star said that she went "totally blue" during the terrifying ordeal, which happened back in September.
Arriving back at her New York City home with unmatched simple elegance after a day out today, the actress was seen showing off her Goyard Artois PM tote bag while appearing a little pensive and on edge.

Brooke could be seen wearing an outfit that comprised of some khaki green jogger-style trousers, a thin knit jumper in a light grey hue, and a beige scarf wrapped around her neck. She also wore some prescription glasses and a bag across her body.

Recalling the ordeal, Brooke revealed that it was lucky that actor Bradley Cooper was there to help her.
Speaking out about the health scare in a new interview, Brooke revealed that she was taken to ICU after having a seizure that followed on from drinking too much water.
"I was waiting for an Uber. I get down to the bottom of the steps, and I start evidently looking weird, and [the people I was with] were like, 'Are you okay?'".
Brooke then said that everything started "to go black" before her medical emergency saw her get into an ambulance and taken to ICU. Speaking in Glamour's US Women of the Year issue, she added: "It means frothing at the mouth, totally blue, trying to swallow my tongue.
"The next thing I remember, I'm being loaded into an ambulance. I have oxygen on. And Bradley f*****g Cooper is sitting next to me holding my hand," she added.
Revealing more about her ordeal, Brooke revealed that once admitted to hospital, the doctors gave her an IV drip and a catheter. She then developed bronchitis before doctors told her that she had too much salt in her system and asked if she had taken salt out of her diet, something she denied.
