Cristiano Ronaldo was happy to see a number of superstar athletes on Friday as he met up with the likes of Tyson Fury, Francis Ngannou, Mike Tyson, Israel Adesanya and Ronaldo Nazario ahead of Saturday's mega-fight.

However there was one man who the Portuguese star was happier to see than anyone. Ronaldo was recorded meeting numerous sports stars who had been at a dinner event on Friday ahead of the fight, but it was legendary former world champion Manny Pacquiao that left him starstruck.

When Ronaldo saw him, he smiled and said: "Hey, Pacquiao," before walking over and greeting him as he took a photo with along with his best friend, former Sheffield Wednesday midfielder Jose Semedo.

Ronaldo had previously been at Jake Paul's fight with Tommy Fury in Saudi Arabia earlier this year, with the fight between Tyson Fury and Ngannou, billed as the 'Battle of the Baddest' set to take place in his new home of Riyadh.

The Portuguese superstar made the shock decision to move to Saudi Arabia after leaving Manchester United in January and he has scored 25 goals in as many games in the Saudi Pro League for new club Al Nassr.

Seemingly enjoying his time in his new country, Ronaldo proved he was a true boxing fan with his reaction to meeting Pacquiao. The Portuguese star also met Oleksandr Uysk, who he posed for a photo with, while talking to UFC middleweight Israel Adesanya for a few minutes.

Ronaldo was then seen talking with Mike Tyson, who is set to be in the corner of former UFC heavyweight champion Ngannou, who makes his professional boxing debut against Fury on Saturday night.

Ngannou comes into the fight as the huge underdog, but possessing what many believe to be the heaviest punch in the world - having numerous first round knockouts in the UFC.

But it appeared Ronaldo spent the most time with Fury, with Tyson being a huge fan of the footballer himself as an avid Manchester United fan.

In a video uploaded to social media, Fury said: "Cristiano, you're the greatest footballer that's ever lived and I mean that. I'm a big fan, I watch all the football, I watched you when you was at United the first time, the second time, all of Real Madrid."
