Peter Andre has paid tribute to his pregnant wife Emily after they returned from a secret getaway in Cyprus, where they have a holiday home.
The 50-year-old singer and West End performer took to Instagram on Saturday to share snaps from the family break in which his 34-year-old doctor wife was joined by their children Amelia, nine, and Theo, seven, as well as Princess Andre, Peter's 16-year-old daughter from his marriage to reality star Katie Price.
Posting a photo of himself with Emily, who announced that they were expecting another baby together, Peter paid thanks to his family for helping make their time away a good one. He captioned the series of photos, which included snaps of Princess: "Had a beautiful few days at our Cyprus home. Back home now and ready for Halloween @dr_emily_official. @officialprincess_andre Amelia and Theodorable . Junior had gigs so stayed back for the first time @officialjunior_andre"
Fans of the couple were quick to comment on the post, with many hailing Emily for looking 'younger than ever' as well as others who praised her beauty as she blooms in the pregnancy. One fan wrote: "Wishing Emily well in her pregnancy, you have a beautiful & loving family." Another commented: "Your wife only gets younger, she looks amazing" while a third added: "You are beautiful like diamonds in the sky!!!"
Peter, who first found fame with his hit song Mysterious Girl, met Emily in 2012 and they married in 2015. The couple share four children in their blended family: son Theo, seven, and daughter Amelia, nine, and Peter's daughter Princess, 16, and son Junior, 18, who he shares with Katie Price.
Greggs, Costa & Pret coffees have 'huge differences in caffeine', says reportWhen Peter and Emily announced that they were expecting another child together, the singer posted a photo of himself and his wife holding scans of their baby. He wrote on Instagram: "We are delighted to share the news with you all. A new addition to our family in 2024. The kids are so excited. So are we."
It comes a year after Peter said that he and Emily were open to the idea of having another child. In an interview with OK magazine, he said: "We do talk about it all the time, but one minute we’re a “yes” and the next we’re a “no”. We love the idea of having one more child, because the two we have together are the most amazing kids – but that thought usually lasts until we see other people with screaming babies! I don’t know. Maybe Junior will be bringing our grandchild to visit in the next 10 years!"
