James 'Arg' Argent has declared himself as the "ultimate celeb wedding singer" and revealed that he's been asked to perform at a number of high-profile weddings.
The former TOWIE star, who recently described his experience on Celebrity SAS as "brutal", saying "It is just as bad, if not worse as it looks", has had a busy summer performing at weddings. Speaking in a new interview, the reality TV star revealed which newly engaged celebrity couples have asked him to belt out a few songs at their nuptials when they tie the knot.
James also recalled singing at Mark Wright and Michelle Keegan's festival-themed house party, celebrating the completion of their stunning mansion. James said the event was "great fun" and admitted he is so proud of his mate Mark, cheekily adding: "And obviously, if you're going to do a festival in your garden the number one choice is always going to be The Arg Band."
The 35 year old then claimed: "I'm the ultimate celebrity wedding singer now". He told OK! that he's set to sing at Georgia Kousoulou and Tommy Mallet's wedding, which he's looking forward to. "I've also been asked to sing at Amy Hart's wedding and even Ryan Thomas and Lucy Mecklenburgh said when they get married they'd like me to get up and do a song as well," he revealed.
"I'm the go-to wedding singer for celebrities now which is cool." said Arg, who performs with his band, The Arg Band. He added: "It makes me proud because I know how good the band is and how tight the musicians are, I only have the best musicians that play with me, it's not just Arg from TOWIE getting up and doing a few songs." Arg also performed at the wedding of former Geordie Shore star Gary Beadle and Emma McVey, where he entertained guests with cover songs.
TOWIE's Chloe Brockett makes cheeky dig at Saffron Lempriere during filmingDiscussing his recent activities since appearing on SAS: Who Dares Wins, Arg shared: "It's just been a very very hectic time, wedding season has been crazy."
