Coronation Street actress Sacha Parkinson is engaged to her long term boyfriend, John.
Sacha Parkinson, best known for playing Sian Powers on the beloved ITV soap, has taken to Instagram to share the joyful news with her 72k followers.
The 31-year-old posted a selfie of her with fiancé, as she beams and holds up her sparkling engagement ring. Sacha has captioned the update, "I knew you were likely to take a wife!" and "SCREAMING", to convey just how excited she is over the major relationship step.
Sacha also shared a number of other photos of the sweet proposal, which took place on a boat against a gorgeous sunset. In one snap, the newly engaged pair are hugging on the deck of their spacious cruiser as they rejoice in the special moment. In another, Sacha gives her followers a close-up look at her yellow-gold engagement ring.
