The next expansion to the Pokemon Trading Card Game: Scarlet and Violet Paradox Rift is set to release on November 3, 2023 and we've got an exclusive first look at three new cards in the set.
The Pokemon Trading Card Game is just as popular as the games its based on, and shows no signs of slowing down as it heads into the release of the next major expansion in the Scarlet and Violet card series: Paradox Rift. The new expansion is inspired by the Paradox pokemon found in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet's campaign.
Paradox pokemon come in two varieties Ancient Pokemon and Future Pokemon. Ancient Pokemon are beefier creatures who hit like a truck and will take all of your might to knock out, whereas Future Pokemon favour speed and technique over direct combat. The Paradox Rift expansion also comes with Ancient and Future Trainer cards which will assist these special pokemon in combat.
