Ola and James Jordan’s sex life is back in full swing and ablaze like never before - fans will be delighted to know.
The couple have peeled back the covers of their bedroom antics, saying the secret to their new lease of lust for each other is down to their recent jaw dropping weight loss.
The former Strictly stars saw their weights balloon after lockdown, the arrival of their first baby, and following months of bad eating habits.
But while 44-year-old James saw his weight soar to 15st 6lb and 40-year-old wife Ola gained weight to be 11st 9lbs, the pair have stunned fans in recent months by shedding 7st between them - and now they say it’s revolutionised their sex lives.

The couple gained weight after becoming parents and lockdown (INSTAGRAM)Opening up to Fabulous magazine, Ola explained that passion between her and James took a nosedive when they lost control of their waistlines.

She said: “We were definitely having sex less. That happens when you become parents – Ella still climbs into our bed at night!
"But, for us, passion also dwindled, because the last thing you want to do after you’ve stuffed yourself with crisps and chocolate every evening is go to bed and have sex!”
James went from 15st 6lb back down to 11st 6lb (Instagram)After ditching their bad eating habits and getting back into the gym and dancing, Ola and James quickly found themselves losing weight.
Ola slimmed down to 8st 3lb and James has got down to 11st 6lb - and they have found themselves more attracted to each other than ever before.
Ola said: The va-va-voom is back and the sex is better because James can pick me up and throw me about again!
"I’d go so far as to say the sex is as good as when we first got together!”
The couple - who Strictly Come Dancing fans will recognise as pro dancers who quit the show in 2015 - have been married since 2003.
They welcomed a daughter named Ella in 2020 following a three-year IVF battle.
In her Fabulous interview, Ola said that she is hoping to fall pregnant again - and claims medics hinted losing weight would increase her chances of conceiving via IVF again.
She commented: “They didn’t directly tell me to lose weight, but the implication was there.”`
