A lucky lotto winner said he quit his job as soon as he found out he was a millionaire.
The anonymous Arkansas man, 67, won a dream prize because he played the numbers that related to members of his beloved family. He used his own birthday, the age difference between him and his wife, his age when his father passed away, how old he was when his son was born and the street number of two previous addresses.
The unnamed man was at work when he saw he had won an incredible and life-changing sum of $5.75 million. The dream ticket was bought as part of the Lucky for Life grand lotto prize.

After seeing he had won the huge total, the pensioner went to his boss for confirmation of what had happened. Now, the couple says they plan to finish a few projects before any real spending can begin.
“I play Lucky for Life all the time and was shocked when I saw that I had won the grand prize,” he said. “I asked a close friend to confirm the win because I didn’t think it was real... My friend thought it was a joke, so I asked my boss to check my ticket."
It comes after a $136m lottery winner hid the winning ticket in his basement - and then forgot all about it.
For Anthony Perosi, 56, a routine truck breakdown led to the discovery that he had won a $136million (£106million) Powerball jackpot, after he had forgotten about the winning ticket stashed behind a pipe in his Staten Island basement in New York for over a month.
Anthony, a plumber, bought the $2 Powerball ticket at a 7-Eleven, playing the same five random numbers he has used for years. A few days after the drawing, Anthony heard that the same 7-Eleven had sold a winner. But when a friend dismissed the idea that he could be the winner, he didn't bother to check his ticket.
"So I didn't check my tickets," he said, "And that was that." Anthony tucked the ticket into a pouch behind a basement pipe, occasionally taking tickets to local shops to check for small winnings but forgetting about the possibility of a jackpot.
