Love Island star Maura Higgins surprised fans as she teased a change in career on her Instagram Stories.
The 32-year-old bombshell recently returned to the UK after impressing fans with a presenting stint on the USA version of Love Island. After a short time at home, the TV personality already packed her bags and made her way to the airport for her next mystery project.
On her Instagram stories, Maura posted a snap of the moving walkway and her luggage at London's Gatwick airport. She made sure to be as comfortable as possible in brown sweatpants and Uggs as she made her way to the gate. Another story had Maura hold up a mystery script.
"Script reading on my flight," she wrote over the snap of the script. "Today I'm going to be an actress [mind blown emoji] btw I have never acted in my life so this will be very interesting." Maura made sure to blur out any clues to what the upcoming project could be about, including the title.
It comes after it was revealed she bagged herself a career-defining deal with 'Hollywood'. According to insider reports, Maura is set to make her mark in Hollywood, having joined forces with Selling Sunset star Christine Quinn's publicist to seize multiple opportunities.

Earlier this year, Maura's UK management was seen in Los Angeles taking part in meetings with American television executives and brands. The source further added about Maura's future career moves: "Expanding Maura's team is part of a carefully drawn out global strategy."
Maura won over the hearts of American fans when she appeared on social media channels and behind-the-scene videos on their version of Love Island. The news of her appearance delighted fans when it was first shared two months ago. The official page wrote: "This just in… Maura Higgins will be your social ambassador this season bringing (sneaking) you the BTS scoop all summer!" It was shared on Love Island USA's social media."
Meanwhile, it was rumoured Maura could have fronted Love Island Games but it was later revealed gorgeous star Maya Jama will be gracing our screens.
