With the release of EA FC 24 just weeks away, a Web App and Companion App are both expected to be released very soon.

EA FC 24 is the first instalment of EA Sports' newest game series EA Sports FC, replacing FIFA 23, the final-ever instalment of EA's popular FIFA franchise. Despite the new name, the game itself is set to be extremely similar to FIFA 23, and this includes the release of an Ultimate Team Web App and Companion App.

The Web App and Companion App allow players to access the Ultimate Team game mode when away from a console or PC, with players able to access the Ultimate Team transfer market, the Ultimate Team store, SBCs, Objectives and much more on the go. In FIFA 23 and past FIFA titles, EA released both the Web App and Companion App before the launch of the full game, and we expect that this will be the case for EA FC 24.

The Companion App is a mobile version of Ultimate Team that can be downloaded for free on a mobile device via the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store, whilst the Web App is simply a web browser version of the app. Here's when we expect the EA FC 24 Ultimate Team Web App and Companion App to be released.

EA FC 24 Web App and Companion App – expected release dates

We haven't been given a confirmed EA FC 24 Companion App and Web App release date just yet, but based on the full game's official release date and the past releases for the Web App and Companion App, we expect that the EA FC 24 Web App will be released on Monday, September 18, 2022 and the EA FC 24 Companion App will be released on Tuesday, September 19, 2022.

EA FC 24 will be released worldwide on Friday, September 29, whilst players who pre-order the Ultimate Edition or are subscribed to EA Play can access the game from Friday, September 22, a whole week in advance. The release dates for the Web App and Companion App are calculated guesses based on the last few releases, though with EA FC 24 receiving four more days of early access than FIFA 23, it's difficult to compare.
