When I was weighing up my options to create quicker meals for my family for over the holidays, the popular brand George Foreman came to mind.

With a family of carnivores and a desire to devour a picky tea at any given opportunity it seemed to be a given. I can cook, clean up and get back to work/housework in no time with a grill, and it saves me the job of washing trays and using water.

As the cost of living crisis continues to impact families across the UK, with the cost of food continuing to rise, many of us are ensuring that none of our food goes to waste.

I'm lucky that, both mine and my partners boys are not the fussiest of eaters but getting something on a plate that they both enjoy can be difficult- so knowing I can use the George Foreman Immersa Grill for a number of different lunches and dinners is a huge bonus.

My favourite thing to do after a long day of working with the boys at home, with endless piles of washing still to do while I try to work, is plug in the grill and throw on some waffles, fish fingers, chicken dippers. You name it, and it's done in less than 20 mins! It's just been such a big win for me while time is so limited at home at the moment.

I also couldn't wait to get a hold of one to take camping with us as it will save me taking a toaster and will save me having to wash frying pans on site while we can enjoy a bbq/picky tea on a budget in the comfort of the tent.

It will set you back £69.99 for a small grill and £84.99 for a medium on Amazon in their latest deals and I feel like, for me personally, the medium is needed (especially for feeding a family).

I have made endless toasties for our boys on the Immersa grill too and you can't beat a cheesy, gooey quick in and out toastie for a rainy day lunch at home can you?

Veggies are also a tasty, healthy addition to cook on the grill too, it gives them this charred taste which I love (and my partner does too). Take a look on the Amazon or George Foreman website now to see what the best deals are available for the grill you are looking for- and honestly, you will not be disappointed.

It's quick and easy to use, washes in speedy time and your kids will (obviously) never complain about a quick lunch, dinner or tea on a budget.
