Former Strictly Come Dancing star Ola Jordan has revealed she and her husband James are having the 'best sex of their lives' after their staggering weight loss journey after the couple shed almost seven-stone in total.
Ola, 40, previously admitted she became a 'shell of her former self' after gaining weight during Covid lockdown. The TV star said she desperately yearned for her former dance body and doubted if she would ever feel 'sexy' again after welcoming her first child in 2020 and gaining weight during the pandemic.
Doctors even told the couple that they were considered 'obese' and after hearing the shock news, it sparked the couple to make changes in their diet and exercise regime. James and Ola started monitoring how they were eating and also decided to get back into dancing as well as exercising regularly.
In total, the couple have shed a whopping 6.5 stone, and Ola has now revealed that their sex lives have never been as exciting. "If I wear something sexier in the bedroom, it naturally gives you confidence.

Ola previously revealed that she dropped a whopping three dress sizes in just four months in a bid to completely overhaul her lifestyle. The former Strictly Come Dancing professional, 40, went from a size 14 to a size eight in just four months after discovering that her health was at risk due to her weight.
Feeling so down about her looks and her weight, Ola would refuse to leave the house and became a 'shell of her former self' after gaining weight. However, after turning her life around with exercise and a healthy diet, Ola dropped over three stone in just a matter of a few weeks - a milestone which made her feel like a brand-new person.
"I feel like I've lost a whole person. A size 14 was my biggest. I'm quite short as well so a size 14 for some people isn't big and that's the problem with weight and sizes because some people say a 14 isn't big," she previously told Mail Online.
