A woman was forced to get 15 stitches on her vagina after a freak accident in her swimming pool.

Sara Crechale, a 32-year-old nurse from Mississippi, had a distressing accident while playing with her children in her pool. She slipped and hit her pelvis on the pool's edge, causing severe pain and internal bleeding from her vagina.

Her father rushed her to the ER, where X-rays revealed no fractures, but her gynaecologist recommended surgery under anaesthesia to repair the internal damage.

After receiving 15 stitches to her vaginal wall, Sara spent six hours in the hospital and is now on the path to recovery. Despite the excruciating pain, she is healing well and grateful for the efficient care she received from her co-workers during the ordeal.

Sara said: "I landed dead on my pelvis. The instant pain was excruciating, and I was in complete shock. I fell so hard and so quickly, everyone was so confused. When I arrived at the ER, my co-workers were all very quick and efficient with getting me checked in.

"I was bleeding and could barely walk. The pain was worse than childbirth. I am healing well. Very sore, but I am able to get around a lot easier."

Meanwhile, another woman has spoken out over the trouble she is facing with her swimming pool, as the neighbours demand access making her uncomfortable. The 45-year-old woman was left gobsmacked after her neighbours started turning up at her door demanding to be let in to use her swimming pool.

She explained how she and her partner bought a new house in February - and have been keeping themselves to themselves as they get to know the area. However, they couldn't believe their surprise when their neighbours started descending on their house when the weather turned warm, wearing their swimming costumes and with their inflatables in hand.

Taking to Reddit, the woman said: "I have friends over occasionally and we enjoyed having people over for food, drinks, and of course swimming pool parties now that the weather allows for it.

"We fit in the neighbourhood or so we thought until neighbours from three surrounding homes and us got into a weird conversation around their expectations to access the pool for weekend and holiday pool parties."

She came to learn how the previous owner had an 'open door' policy when it came to their swimming pool, allowing in anybody from the neighbourhood. However, she wasn't planning on keeping this policy in place.

Reddit users sympathised with her and urged her to stand her ground and avoid taking on the responsibility for any accidents that could potentially occur.
