Charlotte Dawson has given birth to her second child with fiancé Matt Sarsfield. The Celebs On The Farm star, 30, is also mum to son Noah, two.
Announced the happy news on social media, the reality TV star said: " Guys he's here!!! I can't believe it!!! I came in at 1am I had him by 2:13am. Can't wait to update you all as soon as but Matthew has nipped to get me a Maccies & I'm having cuddles."
In the picture, Charlotte was glowing as she cradled her newborn and gazed at the camera. The next picture showed her fiance Matt holding their son and she captioned it: "He's turned up with no Maccies ffs. But look at my beautiful baby daddy with our boyo. All happened so fast but thank you for being amazing @matt_sarsfield."
The arrival of the couple's second child follows a dramatic few days for them, after Charlotte's waters broke on Friday [July 28] and saw the then pregnant star rush to hospital. She went on to tell her fans on Instagram: "Oh guys it's been a bloody weird 24 hours...my waters broke last night but no pain managed to sleep through it. Just getting checked now as movements been slow, happier I can hear his little heart beat now."
Charlotte also shared a picture with fans in which the reality TV star could be seen gently cradling her baby bump as she beamed for the camera despite the hectic 24 hours she endured. The reality TV star was 39 weeks pregnant at the time and recently had to deal with the stress of social services being called on her by a cruel social media troll.
Charlotte Dawson dazzles in sizzling red hot lingerie after 3.5st weight lossOne day on from her hospital dash, Charlotte took to Instagram to update fans on her final few days of pregnancy. Posing in her garden with her bump on full display, the Ex On The Beach star wrote: "Our last Saturday as a fambo of 3. We’ve had the most relaxing chilled quality time together before the madness begins and I’ve loved every minute of it..
"I’m full of mixed emotions. especially after my false alarm yday ffs.. any minute any day now baby boyo we can’t wait to meet you, I know Noah will be the best big brother. Obsessed with our new sun loungers from @whitestores me & Noah have been so chilled on them today having our crisp buttehs (DAWSON5 for 5% off everything on there)."
Charlotte revealed she was expecting another son earlier this year. The reality TV star shared a video in March where she, her fiancé Matt Sarsfeild and their son Noah revealed the gender of the tot to fans – as she explained the family already knew. The sweet clip began in black and white as little Noah wore a pair of striped pyjamas with the top reading: "I'm going to be a big brother".
Pregnant Charlotte, Matt and Noah then gathered around a large black balloon which had the words "prince or princess" printed on. Charlotte and Matt then tried to get Noah to pop the balloon but after a struggle, dad Matt took over to burst the balloon - with the footage turning from black and white to colour as the balloon sprayed out blue confetti to reveal they were expecting a boy.
Earlier this year, Charlotte explained the surprise and joy she felt when she learned she had fallen pregnant at the end of last year. Explaining that Matt suspected she could be expecting when he noticed she had missed her period, Charlotte recalls performing a test at his behest.
She told OK! Magazine back in February: “I was stressed from doing pantomime, so I just put it down to that. Then I was really, really tired one day – I mean, I was a bit hungover – but I was like, this is not normal, and I felt really ill. So I said, 'Matt, I just think we should do a test.' I really wanted a chippy because it makes me happy, so I got the chips and gravy, I got the pregnancy test.
"I went to go and do the test and it had a faint line. I was like, 'Oh my God!' and I just screamed. Noah was like, 'What’s going on?,' and I said, 'You’re going to be a big brother!'" The new arrival comes after Charlotte and Matt endured a difficult second pregnancy journey.
Their second son arrived following heartbreak for the couple as they suffered a miscarriage last year. Charlotte has previously described her second pregnancy as a blessing after enduring the miscarriage at 10 weeks. She said previously: “Obviously this one is a rainbow baby.
“I feel very blessed and very happy that I’ve managed to get pregnant again. We were absolutely heartbroken about the miscarriage last year. It came as a shock when I found out last April. It was like we’d just come to the realisation that we were having a baby and I lost it at 10 weeks."
