Helen Flanagan's fans have jumped to her defence after the Coronation Street star was hit by a wave of rude comments online.
The English actress is currently on holiday in Barbados with her three children, Matilda, eight, Delilah, four and two-year-old Charlie, and by the looks of it, she's having a whale of a time. Flanagan has shared a number of updates on the Caribbean getaway since arriving on the island earlier this week, including photos of them playing on their hotel terrace and clips of them enjoying a show.
Unfortunately, the 32-year-old actress has also had to contend with some holiday headache over the past few days. Helen received a flurry of negative comments on Instagram yesterday after posting a photo of her with her three kids, in which she can be seen wearing a tan maxi dress with a cut-out sides and a plunging leg slit.
Some followers objected to the Bury native's summery wardrobe choice, going as far as even shaming her for its skin-baring design.

Helen always looks super glamorous"Your [sic] lovely but why on earth wear a revealing outfit when your kids are with you-that’s for laters [sic] on in the night when kids go to bed lol," one person wrote.

Another criticized her for sharing the update in the first place, writing, "We all know you’re a single mother of three, why not give the kids a break from the camera and Instagram and let them enjoy their holiday?"
Fortunately, Flanagan's loyal fans were quick to jump to her defence after noticing the critical comments.
"Don't listen to the other people," one supportive fan wrote, before adding, "You do what you do enjoy."
"Weird comment," another said in response to the judgmental remark on Flanagan's gown. "She looks incredible and can dress how the hell she wants."
Many of the busy mum's fans also gushed at her three adorable kids, all of whom are smiling and looking directly at the camera.
"So so beautiful. Such a lovely family," one person wrote, while another said, "You are wonderful with your children Helen god bless."

The couple even got engaged in 2018, after the English footballer popped the question on a romantic trip to Disneyland Paris. They reportedly split, however, in October 2022, after 13 years together. It's understood that Flanagan and Sinclair, 34, remain on good terms and have agreed to co-parent their three kids. The former Corrie star has also revealed that she has maintained her friendship with her ex's mother, whom she has known since she was 19.
"I get on so well with his mum," Helen told the Sun in May. "So honestly it makes my life so easy because we hang out together. It's really nice. It's pretty drama free as I get on really well with her."
