'My sister charged me £100 after she took my dog on a walk - I kicked her out'
In the spirit of being generous, it's a lovely gesture to help our family with small favours here and then. Taking a dog on a walk, for example, is seemingly a rather small and quick errand.
However, one woman has claimed that her sister charged her a whopping £100 for taking her dog for a walk - despite the fact she was unable to take the pet out herself. Taking to popular forum Reddit, the anonymous woman admitted that she was willingly letting her sister stay at her home - but was gobsmacked after her sibling tried to charge her for the pleasure of walking her pooch. As a result, she kicked her out of the house.
Captioning the post, she wrote: "Am I the a**hole for throwing my sister out of my house after she billed me?"
The woman explained: "My sister is a trainwreck. She needed a place to stay and I have a large enough home for an extra person. She has no job or income. I told her she has a few months to get her s**t together and leave. I give her about $100 (£100) a week to keep my house clean so she has some cash.
"I gave my sister her $100 (£81) and she said I owed her more. I was confused. She said she did other 'work' for me. I asked her what more did she do? She said she walks my dog in the afternoon. I walk my dog every morning and evening. But she takes him with her on her afternoon walks.

"Then, she mentions she put together a scrapbook of personal letters and papers. According to her and Etsy, that job was easily another $75+ (£61).
"I told her I never gave her permission to do those things. Her argument is that those jobs fell under the umbrella of keeping the house clean and I was ripping her off.
"So I threw her out. The money isn't the issue. I have plenty of disposable income. I was disgusted how she came at me," she added,
Since posting, the woman's posted has raked in over 1,500 comments. Reddit users took to the comment section to sympathise with the woman.
One person wrote: "Not the a**hole. I would have countered with a bill for food, rent and utilities."
A different user replied to the thread: "Every time I tried to pull this crap with my dad when I was little he would counter with that. Show her what real expenses look like."
A third penned: "LOL yeah, I probably would have said 'just take it out of your rent'."
Meanwhile, someone else said: "I am a dog walker and lemme tell you....at least no one in my area would ever hire someone who charged that much."
