West Ham hero Jarrod Bowen shoved a supporter live on TV just moments after winning the Europa Conference League.

The former Hull City man scored the winning goal for the Hammers in Prague against Fiorentina in the final moments as he latched onto Lucas Paqueta’s inch-perfect pass. His goal triggered wild celebrations from the West Ham supporters - and the final whistle saw a repeat of those scenes.

Some fans, however, got slightly carried away as they toasted the club’s first piece of major silverware since 1980. When Bowen took part in a post-match interview with BT Sport, a supporter invaded the shot.

He was clearly heard to be chanting: "Bowen's on fire, and he's s****ing Dani Dyer,” in reference to the winger’s relationship with former Love Island star Dani Dyer, who is also the mother of his two twin daughters born last month.

The song clearly left the 26-year-old irritated as he pushed the supporter away before saying: "Leave, leave, leave."

Despite the incursion, Bowen did not let it hamper his post-match celebrations as the emotional interview continued, whilst he also regularly praised the West Ham supporters who had made the trip over to Prague.

He said: "I obviously dreamed of scoring but to score the winner in the last minute, it's what you always say you want to do. To do it in front of these fans, I thought I was going to cry.

“I'm just happy. We had a dream, we haven't had the best season, myself included, but to give these fans this moment, I'm over the moon.”

Speaking about the goal in particular, he revealed that he had a belief that he would be in the right place at the right time to secure victory against Fiorentina.

"I think in my position, you make that run 10 times and you might get that ball once,” Bowen added. “As soon as you get it you've got to put it away. Never [have I felt like this in my life].

"This is the biggest game of my career. The emotion, there was time for one more chance. I'm just so happy. I'm over the moon. I'm thinking of the party tonight. Listen to it [the fans celebrating], listen."

Despite the celebrations, there were some ugly scenes over in Prague, with a number of individuals arrested as violence broke out before the game. Fiorentina star Cristiano Biraghi was also left bloodied after he was hit by an object during the match itself.

A statement from West Ham condemned the behaviour and revealed that the club would be working closely with the police to identify the individuals responsible.
