Ange Postecoglou has agreed to become Tottenham’s new boss - and will immediately oversee a major shake-up.
Tottenham will back the incoming manager with funds to spend and they are ready to rival Newcastle in the battle to sign Leicester’s £40m-rated James Maddison.
