Paul Oakenfold has been sued in an LA court for repeatedly performing a sex act in front of his 24-year-old assistant, it has been reported.
The electronic dance music icon, 59, has been sued by one of his former assistants for sexual harassment.
A 24-year-old former personal assistant of the DJ filed the sexual harassment claim in Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday, June 2.
In her claim she alleges that the British-born DJ exposed himself to her during the period between October to November 2022, with her experiencing "emotional distress" and "humiliation" as a result.
The former assistant, who is seeking damages from the star, claims that the LA-based DJ performed a sexual act in front of her on her first day working for him, with her forced to sign a non-disclosure agreement after she reported his behaviour to the management company she was employed by.

Paul is a well-known DJ from London, who now resides in LA (Getty Images)She also alleges that following notifying management about Oakenfold's behaviour, the assistant had her hours reduced before being laid off in March 2023.
Papers obtained by Daily Mail state that on one occasion, Oakenfold was sat in the passenger seat with his legs open, with him performing a sex act on himself in front of the Plaintiff.
This happened "while Plaintiff was driving Oakenfold home from the post office", according to reports.
The papers continue: "Plaintiff froze in fear and shock while being in such close proximity to Oakenfold."
The lawsuit also stated that the incidents of Oakenfold performing sex acts on himself "increased in length and intensity" each successive time that he performed the sex acts in the Plaintiff's presence.

Mirror US have reached out to Paul's reps (Getty Images)The DJ then allegedly started to express anger towards his assistant, with her beginning to "fear not only continuing sexual harassment, but that Plaintiff would suffer physical escalation of the sexual harassment or other repercussions if Plaintiff was forced to continue working for Oakenfold".
Before Oakenfold's assistant made a report to management, following the above incident, the lawsuit claims: "Defendant's CEO Stepanek bragged about his insurance policies to protect him from being sued over Oakenfold or being found 'guilty by association'."
And then when she did, the assistant claims that Stepanek told her to sign the NDA and prevented her from returning from work if she refused.
The former assistant then signed the NDA "under duress", before noticing her hours reducing and then getting laid off.
She is seeking damages in excess of $25,000, to cover the loss of earnings, with her lawsuit also stating that she has suffered emotional distress and humiliation as a result of Oakenfold's behaviour.
