Singer and songwriter Paloma Faith has written numerous chart-topping songs about her love life, but chooses to keep most of it eye out of the public eye.
The mum-of-two recently went through a split and is embracing and enjoying being single after emerging from a long-term relationship with her former partner, Leyman Lahcine, 36.
The 41-year-old actress and activist shares two young children, aged seven and two, with her ex and they are currently co-parenting their daughters together.
Before Leyman, Paloma married New Zealand chef Rian Haynes in 2005, though they separated after eight months and got a formal divorce in 2009.
She later spoke highly of their marriage and blamed the breakdown of the whirlwind relationship on their young age.
Pop icon joins Katy Perry and Take That to 'perform at King Charles' Coronation'"It was just a young, frivolous thing. We were in our early twenties and we did something quickly and realised it was a mistake. But we're still close," she said.
"I am still friends with him. All my other relationships were the ones that screwed me up, not that one."
Paloma started dating French artist Leyman in early 2013 and the couple welcomed their first baby in December 2016, then reportedly married in secret in 2017.
In 2018, Paloma admitted to stalking Leyman's ex-girlfriend on social media when she released her album, The Architect (Zeitgeist Edition).
While chatting on This Morning, Paloma recalled how she would sit in a dark room and scroll through the ex's social media when she was breastfeeding.
She said: "I got fanatical. It's called Your Ex this song and it's all about the imaginary world that she's so amazing and why did you leave her.
"So it's quite feminist because it's very, like, 'Oh God she's beautiful and intelligent'. It went from obsession to actual love. I think I loved her."
In February 2021, the couple had their second daughter, and last year, they called it quits after nearly a decade together.
The singer reportedly confirmed her break-up while attending Jonathan Ross' infamous Halloween Party in 2022.
"Paloma and Leyman have ended their relationship and she is very much single," a source at the time told The Sun.
Paloma Faith shares cryptic post before making a statement with Coronation dress"She was living her best life at Jonathan's party and was the life and soul of the bash.
"Things between Paloma and Leyman became strained over the past year and they're no longer together – although they co-parent their children together.
"Everyone was pleased to see her so happy after a tough few months."
Reports had circulated that the couple had gone their separate ways, after it emerged they no longer followed one another on Instagram.
Paloma also took to social media to tell fans that she was in the "middle of a personal life crisis", but music and working was keeping her going.
