MAFS UK icon Thomas Hartley opened up exclusively to Daily Mirror at Gaydio’s Pride Awards in Manchester over the weekend. Thomas was excited to tease a number of exciting projects that we can expect in the near future.
Liverpool’s very own Thomas, 31 initially took part in MAFS UK which aired last year after he received a mixed reaction from viewers after he took to screens with his unique personality and outspoken charm.
Speaking on the Gaydio Pride Awards red carpet Thomas was quick to share his excitement to return to screens “Yes I’ll happily tease something right now, so here you go. Cooking, dating and Australia”
“Have we seen a same-sex couple on MAFS Australia? with an icon like me? No, we haven’t. I would love to go over to Australia and marry an Australian man. I’m ready to get married again and again and again.”
Thomas took part in Married At First Sight UK S7 where he married Adrian Sanderson.
Chanelle Hayes posts tear-soaked selfies as she shares mental health battleAfter the show ended the couple experienced intense online drama which involved various other cast members after Thomas spoke out on a podcast which caused quite a stir.
Big Brother is set to return to screens this year after the show was announced to be making an explosive comeback with a new home on ITV.
Upon asking Thomas whether he would be interested in a stint on the show he was quick to tease potential involvement.
“Listen here, the executive producer of Married At First Sight is the exact same producer as Big Brother and that’s all I will say. If they want a record-breaking show the same way that it was with Married At First Sight, they would be nothing but stupid for not putting me in there.
"Not only would I go in, but I would also win. If I go in Big Brother, I am the winner.”
