A woman scratched and tried to bite officers while they were arresting her after she caused a disturbance on a plane, police said.
Simone Bryna Kim, a 24-year-old woman from Texas, caused a disturbance aboard Frontier Airlines Flight 2426 headed to Philadelphia from Miami International Airport on Tuesday afternoon.
The crew asked Kim to leave the plane, but she refused, so the police were called to handle the situation.
Kim still refused to leave the plane after the police arrived, forcing everyone, including herself, to disembark.
When officers informed Kim that she was under arrest, she began to resist, pushing, pulling, and tensing her body.

As officers escorted Kim down the jet bridge, she kicked one of the officers and nearly caused him to fall down the stairs.
Kim also tried to bite three officers who were attempting to put her in a cruiser and attempted to kick officers placing leg restraints on her.
Eventually, officers had to lift her in the air and carry her out of the plane.
A video taken by a fellow passenger aboard the plane shows Kim loudly arguing with another passenger and yelling on the plane, as other passengers stand behind her.
She is then seen being carried out by several police officers who appear very much struggling to handle her.
The passenger who uploaded the video on TikTok claimed that Kim and a friend she was on the plane with were drunk.
However, they noted that she "was not in the wrong" and that a man asked her friend to get off and Kim stuck up for her friend.
After her arrest, Kim was taken to the airport police station and then to the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center.
She faced two felony charges of battery on a police officer, one felony charge of resisting an officer with violence, three misdemeanour counts of assault on a police officer, and a misdemeanour trespassing charge.
