The TOTY content keeps on coming in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team, with the TOTY Honourable Mentions being released in FUT along with the TOTY 12th man, Erling Haaland.
First introduced during the TOTY event in FIFA 22, Honourable Mentions have now been released in FIFA 23, honouring some of the players who missed out on a spot in the FUT TOTY Ultimate XI squad. As well as Honourable Mentions being released into FUT, the TOTY 12th man has also been confirmed by EA, with Man City striker Haaland joining the TOTY squad with an incredible 96-rated card.
Tottenham's Harry Kane is included in the Honourable Mentions squad, whilst Real Madrid's Vinicius Jr is set to be one of the most expensive cards at first glance. A host of Premier League talent is included in the promo, and with the full TOTY squad currently available in Packs, the number of TOTY-themed cards available in Packs is currently at 23.
The TOTY Honourable Mentions are available in Packs until Friday, February 3 at 5.59pm GMT / 12.59pm ET / 9.59am PT, the same time the full TOTY Ultimate XI will exit packs. Below is every TOTY Honourable Mentions card available now, as well as more on Haaland's 12th man.

FIFA 23 TOTY 12th man revealed
Man City's Haaland has been voted as the TOTY 12th man, with the Norwegian striker receiving 60% of the total votes to book his spot in the TOTY promo. Haaland has scored 25 goals in the Premier League so far for City this season, with the 22-year-old on his way to breaking the record for most Premier League goals in a season.
