Phoinexes fails to provide ownership or executive information on its website.

Phoinexes’ website domain (“phoinexes.com”), was registered with bogus details on May 7th, 2026.

Despite only existing for a few months, on its website Phoinexes falsely represents it ‘has been developing since 2012″.

In an attempt to appear legitimate, Phoinexes provides a certificate corresponding with Phoinexes Pty Ltd on its website. Phoinexes Pty Ltd is represented to be an Australian registered company.

Due to the ease with which scammers are able to incorporate shell companies with bogus details, for the purpose of MLM due-diligence these certificates are meaningless.

Registering shell companies in jurisdictions with loose regulatory requirements is a common tactic of scammers. Whoever is actually running Phoinexes doesn’t want you to know who they are.

One ficitional identity we can attach to Phoinexes is purpoted leader, “David Leshinskiy”:

I don’t have a name but the man playing Leshinskiy also played “Oliver Tate” in Loanledger:

Loanledger was a Boris CEO MLM crypto Ponzi that collapsed in May 2026. Analysis of Loanledger marketing videos suggested ties to eastern European scammers with ties to Ukraine.

Russian authorities issued a Loanledger pyramid fraud warning in March 2026.

Since late May, the actor playing Phoinexes’ “David Leshinskiy” has gotten a haircut and turned up in Monaco.

On June 20th Phoinexes published a marketing video featuring “Leshinskiy” to its official Telegram channel (note the same shirt and jacket from the Loanledger video above):

The video was shot in the public park behind the Office du Tourisme de Monaco building:

Whether this was just a once off or the eastern European Loanledger scammers are now operating from Monaco is unclear.

One final note is that Loanledger used the same Australian shell company pseudo-compliance ruse.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

Phoinexes’ Products

Phoinexes has no retailable products or services.

Promoters are only able to market Phoinexes promoter membership itself.

Phoinexes’ Compensation Plan

Phoinexes promoters invest the cryptocurrency tether (USDT).

This is done on the promise of advertised passive returns:

  • Nova – invest 9 to 499 USDT and receive 0.7% to 2.2% a day for 12 days

  • Helix – invest 500 to 5999 USDT and receive 0.9% to 2.9% daily for 21 days

  • Quantum – invest 6000 to 49,999 USDT and receive 1.1% to 3.3% daily for 28 days

  • Titan – invest 50,000 to 199,999 USDT and receive 1.3% to 3.5% daily for 35 days

  • Elysium – invest 1000 to 1,000,000 USDT and receive 2% to 5% daily for 100 days

The MLM side of Phoinexes pays on recruitment of promoter investors.

Phoinexes Promoter Ranks

There are six promoter ranks within Phoinexes’ compensation plan.

Along with their respective qualification criteria, they are as follows:

  1. Partner – sign up as a Phoinexes promoter and invest at least 10 USDT

  2. Adviser – invest at least 500 USDT and generate 250,000 USDT in downline investment volume

  3. Manager – invest 5000 USDT and generate 1,000,000 USDT in downline investment volume

  4. Executive – invest 20,000 USDT and generate 5,000,000 USDT in downline investment volume

  5. Director – invest 50,000 USDT and generate 10,000,000 USDT in downline investment volume

  6. Diamond – invest 500,000 USDT and generate 500,000,000 USDT in downline investment volume

Referral Commissions

Phoinexes pays referral commissions via a unilevel compensation structure.

A unilevel compensation structure places a promoter at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited promoter placed directly under them (level 1):

If any level 1 promoters recruit new promoters, they are placed on level 2 of the original promoter’s unilevel team.

If any level 2 promoters recruit new promoters, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.

Phoinexes caps payable unilevel team levels at fifty.

Referral commissions are paid as a percentage of USDT invested across these fifty levels based on rank:

  • Partners earn 7% on level 1 (personally recruited promoters), 3% on level 2, 2% on level 3 and 1% on levels 4 to 7

  • Advisers earn 8% on level 1, 3% on level 2, 2% on level 3, 1% on levels 4 to 7 and 0.5% on levels 8 to 12

  • Managers earn 9% on level 1, 3% on level 2, 2% on level 3, 1% on levels 4 and 5 and 0.5% on levels 6 to 14

  • Executives earn 10% on level 1, 4% on level 2, 3% on level 3, 2% on level 4, 1% on levels 5 to 9 and 0.5% on levels 10 to 25

  • Directors earn 12% on level 1, 5% on level 2, 4% on level 3, 3% on levels 4 and 5, 2% on levels 6 to 8, 1% on levels 9 to 31 and 0.5% on levels 32 to 43

  • Diamonds earn 12% on level 1, 5% on level 2, 4% on level 3, 3% on levels 4 and 5, 2% on levels 6 to 8, 1% on levels 9 to 31, 0.5% on levels 32 to 42 and 0.4% on levels 43 to 50

Phoinexes Conclusion

Phoenix doesn’t identify a coherent external revenue source. Instead, the company offers up vague sentences filled with buzzwords and jargon;

Phoinexes is a technology-driven investment platform that combines artificial intelligence, market analytics, and algorithmic capital management.

We have combined AI analysis, market expertise, and a systematic approach to make the investment process clearer, more structured, and more technology-driven.

It should go without saying that, as a reboot of a collapsed MLM crypto Ponzi, all claims made on Phoinexes’ website are bogus.

As it stands, the only verifiable source of revenue entering Phoinexes is new investment.

Using new investment to pay ROI withdrawals would make Phoinexes a Ponzi scheme.

As with all MLM Ponzi schemes, once promoter recruitment dries up so too will new investment.

This will starve Phoinexes of ROI revenue, eventually prompting a collapse.

In what appears to be a tongue-in-cheek reference to Loanledger victim losses, Phoinexes talks of “investment rebirth” and urges investors to look beyond “numbers on a screen”.

Turn Your Investments Into a Rebirth

Imagine that every investment you make is not just numbers in an account, but a step toward freedom, confidence, and financial mastery.

The problem is of course, as Loanledger investors found out, “numbers on a screen” is precisely all that is being earned in Phoinexes.

Math guarantees that when a Ponzi scheme inevitably collapses, the majority of participants lose money.
