A passionate England fan was as disgruntled by the Twickenham crowd as losing a third Calcutta Cup match in a row.

Scotland sealed back-to-back wins at England's HQ for the first time ever in a stunning start to the Six Nations on Saturday.

Duhan van der Merwe scored one of the best solo tries in the Championship's history before finishing a thrilling team move late on to give Gregor Townsend's men a dramatic victory over the auld enemy.

Steve Borthwick's new era saw some of England's old failings as they let slip a 20-12 lead and the courageous Scots have now not lost at Twickenham since 2017.

There were certainly improvements from the abject end of the Eddie Jones regime as Borthwick's re-energised side contributed to an enthralling Test match.

But the majority of the 81,000 home fans went home from a Calcutta Cup clash disappointed yet again and some voiced their frustrations at full-time.

One fervent supporter has now gone viral for taking aim at his fellow England supporters over the lack of atmosphere inside Twickenham in an epic post-match interview.

"Were England at home or were Scotland at home, it was a f****** embarrassment," the riled-up fan told RugbyPass. How can Scotland out sing you at home? It's a f****** embarrassment.

"All they do is sit there, do nothing, how can you get out sung at home? It's a f****** joke.

"The worst thing about England today. It's been the same problem for the last ten years. You sit there and nobody screams anything.

"I sit there and I go 'Come On England'. Screaming for my country. You paid so much money. These people sit there and they don't say anything.

"I got shouted at today by the people in front of me because I was screaming at them. Are you joking? I'm here to support my country, and people are going 'can you quiet down please'."

England return to their Twickenham home as Borthwick looks to get his first win as head coach against the much-improved Italy on Sunday.
