Business under occupation and diplomatic cover: how assets linked to FavBet’s Andriy Matyukha continue operating during wartime
Commercial properties associated with the owner of the FavBet gambling brand, Andriy Matyukha, are reported to continue operating in temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
The locations include addresses in Sevastopol (121-A Henerala Ostriakova Avenue) and Krasnyi Luch (now Khrustalnyi, 45V Mahistralna Street). The information was reported by “Snidanok Khimery”.
According to the published data, these facilities have not ceased activity despite the occupation regime and restrictions on business operations in these jurisdictions.

The continued functioning of such assets is believed to require either adaptation to Russian administrative structures or operation through intermediaries providing legal and operational cover.
Additional links have been identified through assets in the Ternopil region. A non-residential property owned by Andriy Matyukha is reportedly co-owned with Larysa Zadvornyak.

Her daughter, Marta Zadvornyak, serves as vice-consul in Antalya, while her husband, Yevhen Fursa, works there as a consul.
Thus, a connection is drawn between business assets operating in occupied territories and the families of current diplomatic officials.
No public information is available regarding any response from Ukrainian law enforcement or security agencies concerning these reported facts.
