Below Deck lost one of its stewards on Monday night's episode after Captain Sandy was forced to sack a problematic member of staff onboard her ship.
Camille Lamb was branded "lazy" by viewers after she got the boot following a night of boozy parties and being caught breaking the number one rule.
A common rule amongst captains on the hit-Bravo reality TV show is 'no drinking on the job' - staff are free to let their hair down on non-working days.
But it was the final straw for "reckless" Camille who was forced to leave the boat after yet another explosive argument with her fellow stew Alissa Humber.
"I don't know how many more chances I can give," chief stew Fraser Olender fumed in confessional on this week's episode as he called out Camille.
Below Deck's Captain Lee teases Kate's return and praises 'best chief stew ever'"I have hope in people, and no one believed in me, ever, and I turned things around for myself. So I feel like I can see a little bit of that in everyone. So I always will give another chance."
But enough was enough as Camille was ordered the leave the ship by interim Captain Sandy.
"You don't drink on the job, Camille," Fraser fumed as he confronted the stew. "Come on, babe, it's not a holiday. Ridiculous."
It was a "pint-size glass of champagne" that sealed her fate, something that "just goes to show there's truly no care or willingness to do the job," Fraser fumed.
Following a night of drink-fuelled celebrations in Camille's cabin, frustrated Fraser went to speak to Captain Sandy to ask for her advice.
"I love the girl, but she's not doing the job," he explained. That was enough for Sandy as she expressed: "I'm tired of hearing about Camille".
"She's the common denominator in all of this. Great girl, great personality, but at the same time, we have to do what's best for the boat," Sandy said.
Camille was ordered to the bridge before being asked to leave. "I'm letting you go this morning," Sandy told a confused-looking Camille.
Clearly not seeing it coming, the stew said: "Oh my god, no! Really?"
She was already skating on thin ice, being pulled up by Sandy previously for another row with Alissa – right in front of shocked charter guests.
Below Deck crew's salary per month - and staggering amount they make from tips"That can never happen on a boat that I'm running," Sandy said at the time. "You both will be fired if that ever happens again." And not failing on that, Camille got the boot.
"She's proven over and over she's NOT there to do a job," fumed one Below Deck viewer on Twitter. Adding: "She can't take any direction or criticism & takes laziness to a whole new level."
"I would've lost my patience with her weeks ago. I can't believe she's lasted this long," they said.
