Season four of the show finished broadcasting in November, with the season four finale airing on November 30. Filled with drama, Kim was seen acting in American Horror Story and Kourtney urged her family to go to therapy.
"I know that people in my family would benefit from therapy," Kourtney said on the show in the season finale, noting how it could help them process their "generational trauma". She added: "But I'm letting go of trying to change other people and just accepting everyone for who they are."
