The Arizona Cardinals have made it clear that Kyler Murray is their man. The Cardinals are set to move forward with Murray as their franchise quarterback - after posting a picture of him with the words "Our franchise QB."

They have two first round picks in the upcoming NFL Draft, including the fourth overall pick. And while they could choose a quarterback it looks like they may now be interested in Ohio State wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr.

Murray came back to play for the Cardinals last November after hurting his knee in December 2022, coming after speculation that he could sit out the entire season.

The team struggled with Murray sidelined, winning just one of their first eight games. With the franchise in the running to get the first pick in the draft they were forced to decide whether to stick with Murray or select superstar prospect Caleb Williams from USC.

However, Murray returned to the team and performed well, winning three games to close out the season and elevating the team to a 4-13 record, making their mind up.

This will likely see them being given the first pick of a non-quarterback in the draft, with three players at the position projected to be selected in the first three picks - with the Chicago Bears, Washington Commanders and New England Patriots looking for QBs.

Harrison Jr, is seen as one of the best wide receivers to enter the draft in recent history, after his two dominant seasons at OSU, being part of a strong class of wide receivers that includes Malik Nabers (LSU) and Rome Odunze (Washington), who are also expected to be picked in the top 10.

That would give Murray an elite go-to option to throw to, greatly boosting his chances of succeeding in 2024. In July 2022, Murray signed a five-year contract worth $230 million with the Cardinals. This makes him one of the highest-paid players in the NFL - as confirmed by Arizona's recent tweet.

Harrison Jr surprised many on Monday when he announced he wouldn't be testing at the scouting combine or holding a Pro Day before the draft.
