Sheffield United team-mates Jack Robinson and Vinicius Souza lashed out at each other midway through their clash with Wolves.
In a scene reminiscent of Lee Bowyer and Kieron Dyer, the pair squared up off the ball before putting their heads together and then slapping each other with their hands.
The coming-together was quickly broken up but VAR did check to see if the incident warranted red cards. In the end, the referee spoke to the duo, who both avoided even being booked. It marks a new low for the Blades, who have had a miserable return to the top flight so far this term.
It looked as if the fall-out stemmed from Robinson's fury that Souza did not bust a gut to prevent a Wolves attack. After the attempt on goal flew over the bar, Robinson was quick to give his team-mate a verbal dressing down, but Souza did not take it on the chin.
Instead, he squared up to his colleague, before some pushing and shoving ensued. Other Sheffield United players soon made their way over to pull the two apart, but it is not a good look for a side who already have a mountain to climb in terms of their Premier League survival hopes.

Chris Wilder's side currently sit rock bottom of the Premier League table and are widely expected to go down. Sheffield United have conceded a staggering 66 goals so far this season, including Pablo Sarabia's goal for Wolves at the Molinuex on Sunday afternoon.
The fixture list isn't going to get any kinder for the Blades in the weeks to come. Once they return from Wolves, their attention will turn to hosting an Arsenal side who have won their last two away league games 6-0 and 5-0 respectively, both against superior sides.

Soon after the Gunners roll into town, Sheffield United mak the trip to Old Trafford to take on Manchester United. In fact, between now and the end of the season, the Blades have to take on five of the traditional 'big-six', with a trip to Anfield also on the horizon.
Therefore, the very last thing Wilder needs is his own players publicly turning on each other. The odds are already stacked against the Blades and everyone pulling in the same direction is essential if Sheffield United are to pull off a great escape.
