Khloe Kardashian shocked fans when she was seen with a "shrivelled nose", with many questioning if she has had more plastic surgery.
The 39-year-old took to Instagram on Tuesday to thank fans for their support after she won the Reality Star of the Year at the People's Choice Awards, beating her sister Kim Kardashian. While Khloe issued a heartfelt statement, many were distracted by her appearance.
Khloe opted for a casual look, wearing a black sports top and matching baseball cap. However, fans were more focused on her face. One person worried: "She can't be able to breathe through her nose comfortably."

Sharing the clip on Reddit, another said: "Obvious filter because of the eyes. Nose is shriveled. Lips are over lined as fuck and they’re crooked. What a mess." A third person questioned: "Is this photoshopped or another nose job? Because this looks like a 10 year old child's nose on an adult's face."

Khloe has previously been open about the plastic surgery she's had done, telling fans she's had a nose job and injections. However, Khloe said she stays away from Botox.
In Khloe's video, she admitted she was shocked to have won Reality Star of the Year. "I can't believe I won People's Choice again! I really, really can't. I am so incredibly thankful and blown away," she said.
Khloe added: "This makes no sense to me." The Kardashians star then admitted she thought she'd won at the awards ceremony previously because "people feel bad for me".
Her momager Kris Jenner rushed to congratulate her daughter. In the comments, she said: "I'm so proud of you koko bunny you are so beautiful inside and out!!! how very blessed we are to love you and to be loved by you."
