Former Strictly Come Dancing contestant John Whaite has startled his fans by sharing a snap of his bare bottom.
The 34-year-old reality star - who won the third season of The Great British Bake Off in 2012 - has married his forgiving fiancé Paul Atkins. Taking to social media this week, John shared a number of snaps from their private wedding photo album - with one image showing the reality star baring his bottom in the middle of a New York park.
A preceding image showed John and Paul kissing in a subway station and another showed them smiling together while a photographer snapped them through a window. The third image, however, showed Paul lifting John’s kilt while they were in Central Park - exposing his buttocks.
A message alongside the images stated: "We are keeping most of our wedding album just for immediate family and our closest friends, but we simply have to shout about how incredible @emilcohen is. He captured the essence of our day perfectly." But fans explained they were only interested in the naked images they had to share.
One startled fan wrote in reply: “No offence but we don’t want to see them anyway we only wanted that third photo.” And another gushed: “These are amazing! That third one I’m framing!”
Strictly's Molly Rainford and Tyler West fuel romance rumours while on tourThe lads got married in the Big Apple seemingly over the weekend, with snaps from the big day emerging soon after. Their romance was rocked last year when John admitted he had cheated on Paul after finding fame. He also confessed that he had fallen for his Strictly co-star Johannes Radebe.
John hinted that he wanted to explain more about his feelings for 36-year-old Johannes, but in an eyebrow raising statement declared: “I fell in love with him. I can’t speak for him – because I’m not allowed to, legally – but it felt like there was love there.”
On Saturday, John and Paul shared a number of photos from their big day alongside a quote from Justice Anthony Kennedy. The quote stated: “No union is more profound than marriage, for it embodies the highest ideals of love, fidelity, devotion, sacrifice, and family. In forming a marital union, two people become something greater than once they were. As some of the petitioners in these cases demonstrate, marriage embodies a love that may endure even past death.
“It would misunderstand these men and women to say they disrespect the idea of marriage. Their plea is that they do respect it, respect it so deeply that they seek to find its fulfillment for themselves. Their hope is not to be condemned to live in loneliness, excluded from one of civilization’s oldest institutions. They ask for equal dignity in the eyes of the law. The Constitution grants them that right.” The images showed them kissing and walking through the streets of New York City together.
