It's officially deadline day - but it doesn't seem likely that there will be much transfer activity at Liverpool.
The Reds did plenty of business back in the summer window and it's already paid dividends: Jurgen Klopp's men are clear at the top of the Premier League and in contention to win both the FA Cup and the Carabao Cup after a really strong start to the season.
With Klopp announcing his intention to stand down in the summer, a flurry of activity at the end of the current campaign is likely as Liverpool rebuild under a new manager, but that hasn't stopped numerous names from being touted as potential targets.

The Brazilian maestro has been heavily linked with a move to the Premier League over the last six months, with the Reds and Fulham both touted as potential destinations.
However, Fluminese president Mario Bittencourt has outlined details of a concrete bid from the Reds, who spent the summer rebuilding their midfield. The proposal was promptly rejected.
"Perfect" Klopp replacement touted
Xabi Alonso continues to be linked with a move to Liverpool (Getty Images)Former Manchester United striker Dimitar Berbatov believes former Liverpool midfielder Xabi Alonso is the natural successor to Jurgen Klopp.
The Anfield chief will stand down from his role in the summer and Alonso, who is currently top of the Bundesliga and thriving as the head coach of Bayer Leverkusen, has been heavily touted as the German's successor.
Berbatov believes the appointment is a no-brainer, telling Betfair: "The only name that popped straight in my mind when it was announced Klopp was leaving was Xabi Alonso."

Liverpool make Ederson move
Atalanta midfielder Ederson is a target for Liverpool (Emilio Andreoli/Getty Images)Liverpool have lodged an inquiry for Atalanta midfielder Ederson, according to Goal Brasil.
The 24-year-old is also coveted by a handful of other top Premier League teams, including Arsenal and Manchester United. Paris Saint-Germain are also admirers of the Brazilian international.
Ederson is currently contracted until the summer of 2026 and the report outlines that all of his suitors are making plans to capture him in the summer transfer window, rather than before tomorrow night's deadline.
