Vito Coppola says he made a photography error with Ellie Leach after she and Strictly Come Dancing co-star Bobby Brazier were snapped leaving a hotel together.
The Coronation Street actress and professional dancer sent fans into a frenzy with their intense connection on the 2023 series of Strictly Come Dancing. Ellie and Vito sparked romance rumours after a string of sizzling dances and how they gushed about each other off the dancefloor.
Both were single as Ellie called it quits with her boyfriend back in May while Vito is also said to be back on the market after reportedly enjoying a string of dates with ex-Strictly star Helen Skelton last year. Now the actress has been linked to co-star Bobby and it was reported that the soap pair have been enjoying secret rendezvous as they embarked on Strictly's live tour of the UK.

Ellie had previously been rumoured to be in a relationship with her Strictly dance partner, Vito Coppola (Instagram/ @ellielouiseleach)It has also been claimed that they've been seen holding hands on the tour bus and have even shared a "cheeky snog" in view of others. Neither have confirmed or denied the speculation as the show's fans are kept guessing a month after the gripping final.
The dancer today uploaded two photos of them both standing side by side but the exposure of the image was not as perfect as he had hoped. Writing in his caption, Vito shared: " These pics came out like this by mistake but, at the end I like it so much. It's just unique and represents exactly us and our journey. So special!"

Ellie and Vito both finally confirmed what the status of their relationship is exclusively to The Mirror. Vito said: "We have a great relationship and honestly when you just find people, not just me and Ellie but their family which I love. You just find these people that you think are going to stay in my life forever, in each others lives forever. And all the family and the dogs."
Ellie added: "And the dogs, yes Rufus!" Vito continued: "We are going nowhere, don't worry I am going to annoy you every single day, every week and every single year." When asked by The Mirror if they mean as friends, Ellie replied: "Yes," as Vito added: "Yes as good friends."
