Jesse Jane has died at the age of 43 after a suspected overdose.
The porn star, real name Cindy Howell, was found dead by police at a home in Moore, Oklahoma, alongside her boyfriend Brett Hasenmueller. It's been reported police were responding to a welfare check on the property when the bodies were discovered. The welfare check was requested by Brett's employer who hadn't heard from him in a few days, according to reports. It's currently unclear how long Jesse and Bret were in the house and an exact cause of death is yet to be released.
Police sources told TMZ the deaths seem to be the result of a drug overdose. An investigation is currently underway, with the Medical Examiner set to make the final determination on the cause of death. The Mirror has approached the City of Moore Police Department for comment.

After Jesse's popularity shot up, she eventually moved over to Playboy. Here, she hosted a popular live show titled Night Calls as well as Playboy TV's Naughty Amateur Home Videos.

Jesse is survived by her sonJesse was a huge name in the adult film world and hosted several award shows, including the AVN Awards and the XBIZ Awards. She also launched her own range of adult toys.
Away from the world of adult entertainment, Jesse made appearances in some huge blockbuster movies. She appeared in the crime drama Starsky & Hutch and had a guest role on Entourage. In 2009, Jesse took part in the CNBC documentary Porn: Business of Pleasure. The film showed what her life was like away from the cameras.
Jesse announced her retirement from the adult industry in 2017. However, two years later it was revealed she would be making a return to the industry. Jesse is survived by her son.
