Various bean products have been recalled from Asda, Sainsbury's and Tesco - because some tins have small rubber balls inside.
Food Standards Agency (FSA) says the Princes Group products are unsafe to eat and have urged customers to return them to their supermarkets to claim full refunds. Asda, Sainsbury's and Tesco has stocked the baked beans and mixed salad dishes, which are also affected by the error. It is unclear, however, how the rubber balls got into the cans.
A spokesperson for FSA said: "Princes Group is recalling a number of canned bean products because they may contain small rubber balls, making them unsafe to eat. Princes Group is recalling the above products from customers. The company has also issued a recall notice to its customers. These notices explain to customers why the products are being recalled and tells them what to do if they have bought the products. Please see the attached notices."

- Tesco Baked Beans & Pork Sausages in Tomato Sauce
FSA advises customers to take these products back to the shop from which you bought them. The spokesperson added: "If you would like any further information, please contact the relevant brands customer service lines listed on the recall notices.

"If there is a problem with a food product that means it should not be sold, then it might be 'withdrawn' (taken off the shelves) or 'recalled' (when customers are asked to return the product). The FSA issues Product Withdrawal Information Notices and Product Recall Information Notices to let consumers and local authorities know about problems associated with food."
A spokesperson for Princes Group said: "We apologise sincerely for any inconvenience this may cause. Maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality is a commitment we take very seriously. We are conducting a full investigation into this incident and engaging with suppliers on processes to ensure this cannot happen again."
