Home Alone actor Ken Hudson Campbell has turned to a GoFundMe page to raise money for his medical bills, which comes after he revealed his cancer diagnosis.

The beloved actor, 61, who played the role of Santa Claus in the hit Christmas movie starring Macaulay Culkin, recently launched the fundraiser to help him afford the hefty bills for his upcoming cancer surgery. At the time of publication, $65,086 (£52,000) has been raised of Ken's $100,000 (£80,000) target, with 578 donations making up the total.

Ken is gearing up to undergo 10 hours of surgery to remove a cancerous tumour today (December 7), which will see the actor have a large portion of his jawbone removed in order to tackle it. He will then need to have reconstruction surgery performed followed by multiple rounds of radiation and chemotherapy.
