David Silva was spotted smirking as sex noises were heard during the Euro 2024 draw.

The ceremony in Hamburg on Saturday was overshadowed by a prank from Daniel Jarvis, a social media personality who has targeted sporting events in the past. The pornographic noises were heard throughout the draw, with many famous faces left giggling.

One of those was Silva. The Manchester City legend, who won the Euros twice with Spain during his career, was invited to Hamburg to help conduct the draw.

As Silva picked Switzerland's name out of the bowl to complete Group A, sex noises suddenly emerged. Silva tried to contain his smile before draw conductor Giorgio Marchetti said: "There is some noise here that... has now stopped. No noise anymore."

Unfortunately for Marchetti, who is UEFA's deputy general secretary, the sex noises continued on and off for the remainder of the draw. Denmark's Euro 1992 winner Brian Laudrup and Germany boss Julian Nagelsmann were among those spotted giggling.

It's not the first time Jarvis has targeted a live televised event. In January, he arranged for a phone to be planted in the BBC's studio for their coverage of Liverpool's FA Cup tie with Wolves. He then called the phone during the game to play sex noises as a ringtone.

"I don't know who's making that noise," laughed Gary Lineker as the prank unfolded. Lineker and his colleagues later discovered the phone and wrote on X: "As sabotage goes it was quite amusing." The BBC apologised to their viewers that same evening.

Jarvis live-streamed his prank at the Euro 2024 draw on his social media feeds. He said after his latest stunt: "That was us! Get it out (there)! We got it in there! We put the phone in there! We rung it! Sex noises at the Euro 2024 draw! Love you guys!"

Despite the prank, England and Scotland discovered their opponents for the tournament in Germany. The Three Lions will take on Serbia, Denmark and Slovenia in Group C after avoiding the likes of the Netherlands, Italy and Croatia in the draw.

Scotland will play in the opening game of the tournament against hosts Germany in Munich. Switzerland and Hungary will join them in Group A. As for Wales, they will face the Netherlands, France and Austria in Group D if they qualify via the play-offs.

Reaching the tournament will be difficult for Rob Page's side. They must first beat Finland in their play-off semi-final before overcoming the winners of Poland's clash with Estonia. Yet Wales will be at home for both of those challenging ties.
