Helen Flanagan proved she was getting into the Christmas spirit after stripping off for a festive underwear shoot.
The former Coronation Street actress donned a series of racy outfits that would make Santa blush as she modelled the latest offerings from Ann Summers. Posting a video to Instagram, the 33-year-old posed in a zip up Santa playsuit and black stockings on her bed.
Other clips showed her in a red crop top and skirt with fur trim as she stood next to her Christmas tree. In another, she wore a high cut playsuit covered in red sequins which also had a Santa-esque white fur trim. She captioned the post: “Whether your [sic] on the good or naughty list this year @annsummers have you covered this festive season #styledwithAS #AD.”
But the video was too much for some fans who called for her to join OnlyFans instead. One wrote: “Desperational vibes sorry you feel like you need to post/expose yourself this way.” Another said: “Is this really suitable for the gram... surely OnlyFans would be more appropriate!” A third chimed in: “This is like porn, please don’t post this on here.”
But other backed Helen, with one hitting back at haters and saying: “She’s advertising #annsummers... you know what kind of things they sell right? Helen looks beautiful and the advert is advertising the outfits exactly how it should be done. She’s a single mum with three children earning an income... that’s all that matters.” A fifth added: “I’m a 65 year old grandmother and I think you look beautiful and have nothing to be ashamed of. I wish I had looked like you after having 3 children. Don’t listen to all the negative posts, jealousy is not good!”
Corrie's Sue Cleaver says I'm A Celebrity stint helped her to push boundariesHelen’s latest post comes days after she revealed her and footballer ex Scott Sinclair, “don’t like each other very much”. Helen and Scott after being together for 13 years and engaged for four. They share children Matilda, seven, Delilah, four, and two-year-old Charlie.
Opening up on their split for the first time in an interview, she told the : "I love Scott and I know that he loves me, but I suppose we just don’t like each other very much at the moment. We don’t really speak and there’s no point in pretending that we’re the best of friends when we’re not. What we had was really special, and because of that, the emotion between us is just too raw. Luckily, I get on really well with his mum and he speaks to my parents, so I’m sure Scott and I will eventually have a better relationship."
Helen explained that she has a new confidence about her after "growing as a person" in a year in which she made "a lot of changes and some mistakes." She also had a boob job and has plans to relaunch her acting career after shooting to fame as Rosie Webster in Corrie, which she quit in 2018.
Discussing what led to her and Scott's break-up, Helen said it would be impossible to pinpoint anything specific, but admitted she "struggled" with her mental health following the birth of Charlie in 2021, which put a "strain" on the relationship at times. She said: "Scott is a good guy, but I felt he wasn’t very good with emotions. We got used to doing our own thing. I had my own work and friends, and so did he. We just weren’t really together that much. Maybe I wasn’t the easiest person to live with – neither was he! – but there were a lot of factors that led to the end of the relationship. It wasn’t just one thing."
