An award-winning beauty product has been getting rave reviews from shoppers who claim it 'works wonders' at healing a number of skin conditions. The Skin Salvation balm from Balmonds, which specialises in all-natural formulas, comes in at just £7.99 for a 30ml jar - and customers can't seem to get enough of it.

Formulated with hemp seed oil, beeswax and chamomile, the gentle ointment supports the healthy functioning of the skin barrier whilst helping to soothe irritation.

Skin Salvation was one of the brand's first products to launch in 2007, and over the years it has continued to prove a hit with customers, including psoriasis-sufferers. It's also suitable for those prone to eczema, dermatitis, rosacea and other skin issues.

One chuffed reviewer said of the balm: "This skin salvation is a miracle cream. It has saved my skin, I had really bad psoriasis and eczema for the past 3 years and this has helped so much. I will be buying more as the product is amazing and has worked wonders, even products prescribed by the GP did not help as much as this."

In another glowing review, one user who suffers from rosacea added: "Delighted with this product. Have noticed a marked difference after about 2-3 weeks, it has significantly reduced the redness from my rosacea. Only product that I have tried that really seems to be working and I've tried many!"

And a mother penned: "Used this on my baby's cheeks when he started teething. They were dry and starting to flake from him rubbing his cheeks against everything. Within a day the dryness was gone and a couple of days later the redness too."

But while thousands of shoppers were left pleased after trying the balm, some weren't too impressed. "I have used it for my baby’s eczema and haven’t see any results," said one customer.

Balmonds has said its Skin Salvation balm "can take some time" before making a difference and suggests trialling the product for at least six weeks.

You can purchase the multi-purpose ointment in four sizes: 30ml for £7.99, 60ml for £13.99, 120ml for £19.99, and a bumper 250ml for £29.99.
