"Like, that's what therapy helped me realise. Like, you can't live life with regrets." In a confessional, Khloe admitted her ex-boyfriend is trying.
Kim Kardashian weighs in on sister feud after Kourtney's sad 'outsider' claimsSpeaking to the cameras, she said: "Tristan has been doing a lot of therapy work and Tristan has been working on himself a lot. He wants to prove that he is a different person and I'm really not involved in these things."
Tristan also told Khloe: "I'm in a place now where I can actually really see and own up to the mistakes I made. I don't think, to be honest, years ago I knew the damage I caused."
Tristan cheated on Khloe while she was pregnant with their daughter True, who they welcomed in 2018. They then split a year later after it was revealed Tristan had cheated on Khloe with her sister Kylie Jenner's best friend Jordyn Woods.
The pair reunited during the Coronavirus pandemic, when they quarantined together. Khloe and Tristan went their separate ways for a final time when Tristan was found to have fathered a child with another woman just before the arrival of his second child with Khloe via surrogate.
Elsewhere in the episode, he met up with different members of the famous family to apologise for his actions. Speaking to Khloe's sister Kourtney Kardashian, he tried to explain why he cheated.
Tristan explained: "For me personally, when I cheat, I feel disgusted the next day. This prompted Kourtney to ask how he could continue to do it if it made him feel so guilty.
"I was just cheating for an action, I was cheating just for a feeling," Tristan said. He added: "But also it really came down to not really knowing how to love because that's the way I grew up.
"I think with therapy, I realised that my childhood upbringing, what I saw from like my dad and how he treated my mom, as a kid, when you see that, the trauma you have is... Because you can't protect your mom because you're so young and because your mom tells you it's going to be okay, you basically numb your emotions."
