Today marks 418 years since the Gunpowder Plot was foiled in the cellars beneath the Houses of Parliament. Today, on Guy Fawkes Night, people up and down the country will spend the evening outside with fireworks, bonfires, sparklers and toffee apples.

This is no doubt the best way to celebrate, but before you do, why not attempt this Bonfire Night-themed brain teaser? With the fireworks fast approaching, what better way to pass the time than test your intelligence with this pyrotechnic puzzle?

Don't be fooled, it's no easy task, and apparently, only 10 per cent of people can solve it in under one minute. Take a look at the image above, and compare it to the one below and see if you can find nine things that are in one image, but not the other. But with the Bonfire Night scene looking so busy, it's not easy to pick out the odd items.
