Apple TV+ is launching a brand-new series of its popular, alternate history sci-fi series. For All Mankind returns for its fourth season later this month, following its acclaimed third chapter last year.
The thrilling sci-fi-drama imagines a world where the global space race never ended, shining a spotlight on the high-stakes lives of NASA astronauts and their families. It comes from Emmy winner Ronald D. Moore and Emmy nominees Ben Nedivi and Matt Wolpert.
The series has received acclaim across its first three seasons, currently holding an overall score of 90 percent on Rotten Tomatoes – while its second season boasts a perfect 100. Here, we break down everything you need to know about season four of For All Mankind.
Rocketing into the new millennium in the eight years since season three, Happy Valley has rapidly expanded its footprint on Mars by turning former foes into partners. Now in 2003, the focus of the space program has turned to the capture and mining of extremely valuable, mineral-rich asteroids that could change the future of both Earth and Mars.
But simmering tensions between the residents of the now-sprawling international base threaten to undo everything they are working towards.
