Music giants are streaming songs by a convicted druggie who left the daughter of TV actor John Michie for dead.

Ceon Broughton’s music is available to buy on iTunes and stream on YouTube and Spotify despite what happened on the night she died. The rapper gave Louella Fletcher-Michie, 24, the hallucinogenic drug 2-CP at a festival in 2017 then filmed her for six hours on his mobile as she became seriously ill.

He got seven years for manslaughter in 2019 but the conviction was controversially overturned the following year. Since his release, Broughton, 33, has been streaming as “CeonRPG”. He has more than 8,000 monthly listeners on Spotify and nearly 20,000 followers on Instagram where he posts photos of himself on his travels.

A source said: “It’s disgusting. He’s exploiting his past.” Louella’s father John, who has starred in Corrie, Holby City and Taggart, told us: “I stay clear of him. He’s a dangerous individual.” The rapper, from Enfield, north London, was originally jailed after a jury saw footage he filmed of his girlfriend overdosing, as she screamed and begged him to call her mum at Bestival, Dorset. She was found dead in woods the next morning, her 25th birthday.

The trial heard Broughton didn’t seek medical help until it was too late even though a hospital tent was just 400 metres away. He was also given an 18-month sentence for supplying a Class A drug. But appeal judges overturned the manslaughter conviction because they could not be certain that the lack of medical attention killed Louella. Broughton and social media firms were asked for comment. Spotify and YouTube declined to comment.
