TV star Charlotte, 30, told fans she's "so so proud" that she's changed her life after starting her fitness journey in 2021.
Sharing a picture of herself in an orange bikini before losing the weight, Charlotte told fans: "What the actual chuff?! Can’t believe this was exactly a year ago today!!"
She continued: "As you all know I had to shift some serious timber for health reasons because I was on the verge of Type 2 diabetes like my dad."
Type 2 diabetes causes the level of sugar (glucose) in the blood to become too high and can increase your risk of getting serious problems with your eyes, heart and nerves.
