Davina McCall says people "shouldn't be ashamed of wanting to lose weight" in the new year as she shares some of her top tips to body confidence.

The Masked Singer presenter, 55, may be rocking washboard abs and sculpted arms - but she insists that she has to work very hard to stay in shape.

Speaking about how she noticed her clothes had got a little tighter during the Covid-19 pandemic, she claims that the UK is having a "snack amnesia pandemic."

Davina has been helping the nation to get fit for almost two decades after selling more than 2 million weight loss DVDs and she now runs her own online platform Own Your Goals Davina.
